Happy children thrive at school, and Haslemere Preparatory School provides a uniquely special environment in which children flourish. Every child is known as an individual and is made to feel special. Well established pastoral care systems are in place.

Haslemere Preparatory School is a non-denominational School with a broadly Christian ethos. Pupils benefit from being part of a school community in which they are taught to understand how to forge good relationships, to value the importance of service, to appreciate the fascinating world they inhabit and to develop a strong moral compass.

A vibrant PTA contributes to the caring and fun family atmosphere that pervades the school and parents are actively encouraged to participate in school life. Pupils are instilled with a strong sense of service to both their school and the wider community. A School Council and regular surveys of pupils’ opinions enable the children to have a stake in the development of their school.
